System Prompt Principles for AI Agents in Low-Loop Mode

The rules state that even in a low-compute loop mode, tasks cannot be postponed until "tomorrow." The system must immediately execute all safe machine operations, recover from technical glitches, queue actions requiring approval, and distill remaining tasks to the boundary where human or external intervention is strictly required. The low-loop mode compresses request volume but never compromises execution capability.
