MiniMax has officially updated MiniMaxCode 2.0 桌面端, rebuilding its underlying architecture based on the open-source framework PiAgent to significantly improve the stability and fluidity of long-task execution. The new version optimizes session initiation, state management, and tool invocation chains, reducing issues like interruptions, silent freezes, and context loss. It also enhances chart preview, zooming, downloading, and box-selection editing in file previews.
Additionally, the product integrates multi-source data access tailored for financial research scenarios, connecting with the 恒生金融数据库 and 企查查 MCP. This allows users to invoke global financial market data and domestic market entity data for research, investment analysis, and risk management. The text also demonstrates workflows for generating an A 股存储产业链分析报告 and creating conference research materials from a booth directory PDF. MiniMax also teased that remote control, browser manipulation, goal mode, and plan mode will roll out this month.
