The author noted that despite being about 3.5 倍更小 in scale, Inkling small's benchmark performance looks "insanely strong."
They also pointed out that the comparison table offers a valuable perspective:
- Tasks like TerminalBench and SimpleQA rely much more on larger model capacity;
- Whereas "reasoning" abilities might be compressible into a more core, compact set of capabilities.
