Together AI Upgrades GPU Cluster Operations

Together AI announced reliability and usability upgrades for its GPU clusters. New features include passive health checks, guided node repair, a restructured Slurm tech stack, improved cluster visibility, external OIDC support, startup scripts, and acceptance testing controls.
