ESMFold2 Design Pipeline Now Live

The ESMFold2 design pipeline is now live on AriaxBio, capable of designing nanobodies, scFvs, and miniproteins.
This project focuses on adding several practical capabilities:
- Support for structural templates
- Support for hotspot-directed design
- Integration with Protenix v2 validation
- Automatic MSA processing
- Local runnable, lowering the barrier to use
