Paperclip Turns Molecular Libraries into an Agent File System

james_y_zou · x · 2026-07-16

The Paperclip team has transformed popular molecular databases—**UniProt, PDB, ChEMBL**—into a unified, agent-oriented virtual file system. The goal is to make deep research on molecular databases faster and more accurate for agents. They claim it enables more accurate retrieval and research across **10^6 级分子** that is **10 倍** faster, while also integrating millions of full-text papers. The project is currently free to use.
