agent-talk: Enabling Direct Collaboration Between Coding Agents

The author has released agent-talk, a brand new approach to collaboration for coding agents. Using this protocol, agents can directly send and receive messages to communicate, coordinating project development across multiple developers and agents. Developers no longer have to manually act as a middleman passing messages between different agents.
