One-Command GitHub Repo Setup for AI Agents
DavidWells · x · 2026-07-15
A developer shared a new workflow: creating a fully configured GitHub repository with a single command. The repo automatically sets up keys and permissions during initialization and integrates Claude Code as a GitHub Action.
From the very first minute, this setup allows the repo to receive tasks via issues, PRs, or comments and hand them off to an AI Agent. It eliminates the tedious manual configuration typically required after generating files with traditional scaffolding tools.
