Pinokio Fixes Remote Install and Update Hangs

Additional details on Pinokio's home server feature: Previously, it could only be viewed and used remotely, but now you can directly install apps to the home server from a remote device.
The author also explains the Conda upgrade hang issue: certain external programs (like Logitech G Hub) lock Pinokio's files, causing the upgrade to fail. The new version directly shows the conflicting process, allowing users to kill it and resume the update.
