LangSmith Engine Revamped into an Issue Inbox

LangChain detailed a UX update for the LangSmith Engine: initially, it automatically created a PR for every detected issue, which ended up generating too much noise for users.
Ben Tannyhill explained that they later switched to an inbox mode: clustering related issues and retaining historical context. This approach is much more user-friendly and better suited for handling continuously occurring bugs.
