LTX 2.3 Image-to-Video Suffers Consistency Collapse

While running image-to-video on an RTX 3060 12GB using LTX 2.3 INT8, the author experienced severe consistency breakdowns. The first few seconds looked great, but subsequently suffered from identity drift, facial distortion, and the "melting" of objects like tables, papers, and flashlights. Motion became unstable, leading to a noticeable drop in temporal consistency.
They experimented with different video lengths, frame counts, lower guidance, INT8 instead of GGUF, and toggling LoRAs, but the issue persisted. The post asks the community what typically causes this phenomenon.
