While running image-to-video on an RTX 3060 12GB using LTX 2.3 INT8, the author experienced severe consistency breakdowns. The first few seconds looked great, but subsequently suffered from identity drift, facial distortion, and the "melting" of objects like tables, papers, and flashlights. Motion became unstable, leading to a noticeable drop in temporal consistency.
