- Operator: The "operators" of the AI era who can independently write prompts, build and run agents, and drive daily products and processes, potentially taking on about 90% of execution work.
- Campus: Fresh graduates or interns who are AI-native but need Operators to guide them in applying AI to company products and workflows.
The core takeaway is that future organizations will become flatter, truly demanding people who can connect AI with business processes.
