Introducing Screen-Aware Voice Dictation
Scobleizer · x · 2026-07-15
They have launched screen-aware dictation, a voice input feature that understands your on-screen context.
While previous versions already delivered blazing fast speech-to-text (averaging around 450ms), this upgrade allows the system to grasp your intent and generate highly relevant text based on what's currently on your screen across different apps.
Examples highlighted include:
- In Claude Code, voice input can generate context-aware prompts instantly
- In Gmail, it can draft replies matching your personal tone
A demo video is included in the post.
