Alibaba Proposes 4D Virtual Try-On Framework
jiqizhixin · x · 2026-07-15
Researchers from Alibaba and the Chinese Academy of Sciences proposed TryOnCrafter, aiming to free virtual try-on videos from their original camera trajectories.
Core Method
- First, a renderable 4D try-on proxy is constructed, serving as a 3D garment representation that deforms with human motion.
- This proxy then guides a video generation model to create try-on videos that move along arbitrary camera trajectories.
Results
- Generates more realistic virtual try-on videos.
- Better preserves garment details and structural consistency even under complex, unconstrained camera movements.
