DeepSeek Reportedly Eyes IPO and $71B Valuation

According to Bloomberg, DeepSeek is preparing for an IPO and could file as early as this year, planning to list in China.
Reports also indicate that the company has engaged accounting and investment banking advisors and is pushing a new funding round at a valuation of around $71 billion. Following the IPO rumors, DeepSeek is reportedly considering an expansion into the agentic AI market.
