Codex Cross-Turn Verification Prompt

A shared post introduced an OSS prompt design tailored for Codex.
Instead of simply asking the model to "keep iterating," the core mechanism sets /goal as a persistent, cross-turn constraint. This forces Codex to verify requirements one by one based on the actual state before finishing. Compared to standard prompts, it is less likely to accept results that "look plausible but are only half done."
The original post also included a link to the open-source prompt, pointing toward a stricter approach to agent execution.
