AquaGen: A New Model for Molecular Configuration

AquaGen is introduced as the first generative model featuring all-atom, explicit solvent, and periodic boundary conditions. It can generate molecular configurations from the Boltzmann distribution at a fraction of the cost of molecular dynamics.
