Bank of England Governor: AI Requires Global Collaboration

According to The Guardian, Bank of England Governor Bailey stated that AI threats require global collaboration, and even the US cannot tackle them alone.
Speaking in a European context, he suggested that Nordic AI labs and EU regulators should jointly foster a "safe and smart" race. Ultimately, he emphasized that diplomatic collaboration is more critical than technological drift.
