According to leaks, Claude Opus 5 is expected to be released this week or next.
Additionally, Fable 5 subscription quotas will likely not be extended after Opus 5's launch. The next version of Fable is slated for August, aiming to compete with GPT-6. The leak also suggests Anthropic plans to launch Opus no later than Fable, but at a lower serving cost.
