Google Images Homepage to Showcase Recommended Photos First
The Verge AI · rss · 2026-07-15
Google announced a more "browsable" recommendation layout for the Images homepage: instead of just a blank search box, the page will now display a set of interest-based customized images right away.
Officially, this new homepage will crawl images from across the web in real-time for personalized display, offering an overall experience similar to the scrollable feeds of Pinterest or Imgur.
