Salesforce's Headless 360 MCP Server has entered Beta. The company states that while it provides only four MCP tools, it covers a vast array of Salesforce capabilities, aiming to help agents perform business operations more conveniently.
The four tools are:
- Discover
- Describe
- Dispatch
- Dispatch Read Only
Salesforce emphasizes that this reduces the time spent toggling between configuration interfaces, allowing agents to handle user management, integrations, Apex, mobile apps, and other Salesforce operations more directly.
