AI is Upsetting the Balance of US Government Branches

The author observes that the US executive branch is adapting to and adopting AI significantly faster than the legislative and judicial branches. To maintain the balance of government power, Congress and the courts may soon have to leverage AI themselves to stay properly equipped.
