Model Mistakes Software Library for a Physical One
WittyUsername98765 · reddit · 2026-07-14
After using 5.6 Sol for large-scale project feature planning and implementation, the model surprisingly started associating "creating a library" with digital resources, physical books, and community events, as if planning a literal library.
The author complains that the model doesn't seem to understand what a "software library" is. Despite the goal being to abstract public code for reuse by different consumers, the task derailed into a physical building plan. Although the author still expects a usable draft, this misunderstanding is absurd enough.
