Dev Builds Fully Offline, Ad-Free Kids Drawing App
tekbog · x · 2026-07-14
Frustrated by deceptive ads in children's apps, a developer built an app called Kids Paint Studio for his son.
The app is completely offline with zero in-app purchases, ads, account registrations, or data tracking and analytics tools. Users make a one-time purchase to permanently unlock and download all drawing catalogs. Additionally, the developer utilized AI to help generate some of the drawing assets within the app.
