Workflow
- Record the first clip at Location A, then record the second at Location B. Try to wear the same outfit and maintain a similar starting pose for a more natural transition.
- Extract the last frame of Clip A and the first frame of Clip B to serve as the start and end keyframes for the AI tool.
- Upload these two images to an AI video tool (the author uses Runway Seedance 2.0 for the demo) and enter a prompt instructing the camera to smoothly transition the scene to the second location via a jump or lift. The author also suggests adding "does not speak" to prevent weird mouth movements.
- Insert the generated transition clip between the two original clips, and add a short crossfade or smooth cut to hide the seam.
