Agentic Development Makes It Harder to Stop Working

The author argues that agentic development allows developers to accomplish more in less time, causing workloads to continuously expand and making it difficult to naturally step away and rest as we did before.
He points out that as agents automate many development steps, human workflows will be reshaped. The primary shift isn't about "what we can do," but rather the danger of "unconsciously working non-stop."
