DeepMind CEO Calls for US-Led Global AI Regulator

In an interview with Axios, Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis expressed support for coordinating with frontier labs to slow down AI development if necessary. He also called for the establishment of a global AI regulatory body led by the United States.
