A Shared Memory Layer for Teams and AI

The author developed a shared memory layer named ContextVault to store project prompts, coding standards, architectural decisions, examples, and other reusable context.
The motivation stems from information being scattered across ChatGPT Projects, Claude, Markdown files, and internal docs, causing teams to repeatedly solve the same problems. To fix this, they built a local prototype and a basic MCP server. This allows AI to search "have we done this before?" on demand and save valuable insights from conversations directly into the vault.
