Intel 18A Yield Climbs Above 85%

KeyBanc's update on Intel indicates that driven by agentic AI demand, server CPU demand remains strong. Intel has expanded its server shipment capacity on INTC 3 by **+25% to 30%** this year, with an expected increase of over **50%** next year. The report also notes that Intel's **18A** yield has significantly improved from **65%** last quarter to **over 85%**. The company seemingly plans to substantially expand 18A production capacity, as yield improvements are coupled with customer design wins. Mentioned clients/potential clients include **AAPL, AMD, NVDA, MRVL, MSFT, MU, and OpenAI**. Additionally, Intel is preparing to raise client CPU prices again in **3Q26** by approximately **6% to 15%**.
