KeyBanc's update on Intel indicates that driven by agentic AI demand, server CPU demand remains strong. Intel has expanded its server shipment capacity on INTC 3 by +25% to 30% this year, with an expected increase of over 50% next year.

The report also notes that Intel's 18A yield has significantly improved from 65% last quarter to over 85%. The company seemingly plans to substantially expand 18A production capacity, as yield improvements are coupled with customer design wins. Mentioned clients/potential clients include AAPL, AMD, NVDA, MRVL, MSFT, MU, and OpenAI.

Additionally, Intel is preparing to raise client CPU prices again in 3Q26 by approximately 6% to 15%. The report suggests that more significant growth opportunities for the foundry and EMIB-T won't become evident until 2029/2030.
