ChatGPT Image Output Becoming Unstable

The author says that in the last 30 minutes, they've been trying to get ChatGPT to generate images/diagrams based on two attached PDFs but keep failing.
They emphasize this worked fine last week, so they suspect a change in product capability or behavior. Specifically, given the same reference materials, image output has become harder to generate consistently.
