Codex CLI Memory Feature Can Be Disabled

The author states they had to turn off memories in Codex because, when working on multiple projects simultaneously, Codex might carry context from a shared local memory bank into another unrelated project.
They provided the relevant configuration settings for Codex CLI: memories = false, as well as usememories = false and generatememories = false under [memories].
