The Post-2030 Tech Endgame and the UHI Vision

The author makes a highly radical prediction: by 2030, most technological development will be essentially complete, pushing tech into an "endgame state." New chip fabs will be fully depreciated within a few years but can continue producing for decades, drastically diluting capital costs.
He believes the real driver of cost reduction isn't just capital depreciation, but the massive efficiency gains from eliminating human labor. Furthermore, AI and humanoid robots could boost total economic output by 10x to 100x within a decade, potentially dropping average prices to 10% or even 1% of today's levels.
In his vision, everyone will continue to receive an income similar to today, but in the form of universal high-income payments (UHI). If prices drop by 90%, a $50,000 income today would hold the purchasing power of $500,000; at a 99% drop, it equates to $5 million. Ultimately, the author predicts that by 2032, the UHI everyone receives will be equivalent to "$1 million per year in today's terms."
