Meta's CTO confirmed that over the past year, Zuck had to step into a stronger "founder mode," and he highly approved of Alexandr Wang joining the team last year.
To build its latest models, Meta also made emergency organizational shifts, reassigning thousands of employees to generate expert traces—human-guided code examples used for post-training.
