LexiLove · x · 2026-07-14
Toyota unveiled an autonomous wheelchair concept named walk me at the Japan Mobility Show 2025.
The standout feature of this wheelchair is its foldable "tentacle" mechanical legs, which enable it to:
- Autonomously climb stairs
- Adapt to various terrains
- Lower the seat directly to the ground
While currently just a concept, the direction is clear: merging robotic mobility with accessible transportation.
