Are There Universal Laws of Intelligence

The author proposes: If unified laws hold true in physics, similar universal laws might exist for "intelligence," akin to a "physics of information." Drawing an analogy to neural networks, they argue that human society functions like a giant neural network: individuals act as neurons, memories and relationships act as weights, and the division of expertise, distribution of beliefs, and collaboration mechanisms exhibit fractal/scalable structures. The author concludes that the next crucial task is to distill these cross-scale laws of intelligence.
