GPT-5.6 Lands on Amazon Bedrock

- Inference & Security Infrastructure: Bedrock's next-gen inference engine supports more stable throughput, in-region inference, and Prompt Caching (allows setting cache breakpoints, caching input for 30 minutes with a 90% input discount according to the post).
- Security/Compliance: Highlights ZOA (zero-operator access), VPC/IAM/CloudTrail, and data residency capabilities.
The end also briefly introduces ChatGPT Work and the updated desktop client, but the core focus remains on GPT-5.6 entering Bedrock.
