HQ: A Workflow Shell for Claude Code

This post shares an experience using HQ, which the author describes as a "harness for Claude Code / Codex."
They believe HQ's value lies in making it easier to switch collaborations across teams, devices, and models. Files are stored locally in an HQ folder and automatically synced to the cloud. Despite already using GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and various skills/Obsidian wikis, the author found that HQ brought a distinct layer of workflow improvement.
