OpenAI Restores Account After Mistaken Suspension

The RELai team reported that their OpenAI organization account was suspended for "distillation," likely triggered by false positives from Terminal-Bench evaluations and agent-harness optimization workflows.
OpenAI later confirmed the suspension was a mistake and restored the account. The poster also noted:
- The team did not use OpenAI outputs to train another model.
- No model distillation was performed.
- They submitted an appeal and switched solutions while waiting for review to prevent user disruption.
