Maestro Update: Reuse Local Model Files
cocktailpeanut · x · 2026-07-14
Maestro v1.1.3 has been released. Positioned as a free, open-source local creation studio, it allows users to generate videos, images, music, voice, and sound effects directly on their computers.
This update introduces Linked Model Folders: you can point Maestro to other installation directories on your PC (like Wan2GP) to reuse existing checkpoints and LoRAs, avoiding the need to re-download hundreds of gigabytes of model files. It also supports one-time, read-only scanning of Pinokio apps.
The creator also highlighted its Director mode, which can automatically plan storyboards based on a song or story concept, generate visual and video clips, and stitch them together into a complete music video or short film.
