Codex Supports Cross-Conversation Referencing
koltregaskes · x · 2026-07-13
Someone discovered that Codex can not only @ another Codex session within a conversation, but also directly @ reference ChatGPT conversations.
Key points:
- This capability works in both modes on the desktop app.
- The author noted it currently doesn't work in Work mode on the web app, and Chat mode has some glitches.
- Practical value: you can bring context previously discussed in ChatGPT directly into a Codex workflow without manually copying and pasting summaries.
