ConvRot Joins the AI Toolkit

The author mentioned being obsessed with ConvRot lately: because it is "fast and accurate," they have added it to the AI Toolkit, using bit packing to adjust precision and trade off between speed and accuracy as needed.
They are currently using it to train ARAs. The focus of this update is a technically deployable component and the author's integration of it into their training pipeline.
