Disable Cross-App Tracking

Step 1 of the thread aims to block cross-app tracking, preventing ChatGPT's identity from linking with other apps:
- iPhone: Go to Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Go to Privacy → Ads, and delete your advertising ID
If you use ChatGPT as a private notebook, the author notes this is the most fundamental isolation measure.
