How to Disable ChatGPT Training and Memory

This post advises users to disable two privacy-impacting features in ChatGPT:
- Model training: Turn off training toggles like "Improve the model for everyone"
- Memory: Navigate to Personalization → Memory, delete all saved memories, and disable Memory
The author also cautions that Temporary Chat merely reduces traces; it is not equivalent to legally confidential or medical/legal-grade encrypted services.
