Microsoft Sued for Hiding Copilot Issues

Microsoft faces a class-action lawsuit alleging it concealed multiple problems with its Copilot product.
The complaint claims Microsoft hid poor user experiences, data silos, interoperability issues, and the fact that its flagship AI models were lagging behind competitors in benchmarks. The filing also alleges that to keep Copilot competitive, Microsoft had to inject billions in capital expenditures and divert Azure's GPU/CPU capacity.
