AI Should Not Make Management Decisions

A 1979 IBM training slide stated:
> A computer can never be held accountable, therefore a computer must never make a management decision.
The post extends this to AI: human value lies in bearing the decision-making responsibility of having skin in the game, an aspect of managerial judgment that AI should not replace.
