Claude Extends Access and Rate Limits

Official Claude update:
- Access to Claude Fable 5 for all paid plans has been extended to July 19.
- The weekly rate limits for Claude Code will remain 50% higher, also extended to the same date.
While the tone of the shared post is joking, the core news is simply an extension of availability and quotas for paid users.
