Claude Code Takes Over Entire Video Production Pipeline

The author handed 9 real product photos and an unfinished brief to Claude Code, then went to watch TV. The agent autonomously produced a video using local GPUs and ComfyUI, self-checked the results, redid parts if necessary, and allowed the author to add voice modification notes via phone.
He upgraded his existing tool, The Halleen Machine:
- Version 1.1 introduced custom workflows, fixing a major limitation of 1.0
- He feels he has outgrown Gradio's comfort zone, now treating the agentic harness as a more natural UI
- The new version includes a mobile dashboard for reviewing footage and leaving feedback, which the system uses to make further adjustments
In this case, the author fed product images from his wife's online store into a synthetic scene, letting the agent handle the rest (and even fix a bug mid-way). The final video has flaws, but he emphasizes this is a "stock install" demo meant to show that agents can do more than generate content—they can learn what you care about and even extend functionalities for you.
