Judgment Becomes Scarcer in the AI Era

AI has drastically lowered development costs, but this doesn't make building things easier. Instead, it makes "judgment" a much scarcer resource. The author argues that when anything can be built rapidly, the true determinant of whether a team can deliver "meaningful results" isn't working hours, but the ability to focus efforts in a single direction; efforts dispersed across different directions cancel each other out. Regardless of management level, learning to say "no" and asserting your own judgment are critical skills. This forces leadership to rethink and helps you build better decision-making models.
