Open-Sourcing Luthn: Shared Memory for Agents

The author has open-sourced Luthn, a "shared memory" system designed for AI agents. It allows multiple agents or sessions to reuse the same project context without exposing original documents or private notes.
It keeps sensitive records within controlled boundaries, only providing agents with policy-approved summaries, citations, and context packages. It supports self-hosted infrastructure, usage history, HTTP and MCP access, and offers a one-click Codex connector. The core protocol is AGPL-3.0, while the SDK and public connectors are Apache-2.0. The author is currently looking for early users to validate whether shared memory truly solves context repetition, if privacy boundaries are reliable, and if integration is smooth.
