Design Arena released the design capability comparison results for GPT-5.6 Sol, which took first place with an Elo of 1353.
According to the post, this score allows GPT-5.6 Sol to surpass Claude Fable 5 and place it in the same performance tier as GLM 5.2 for frontend design. Compared to GPT-5.5, it achieved a leap of 18 ranks and 60 Elo points, while establishing a new Pareto frontier in "preference vs. speed" and being faster than models in the same tier.
